Using the site

You may use the site for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

The Growth Engine Diagnostic

The diagnostic is an informational review based on the sources, tools and capture window stated in the report. It is not a guarantee of rankings, citations, traffic, leads or revenue. Implementation and ongoing monitoring are included only when agreed separately in writing.

Paid work

Any paid engagement is governed by the proposal, statement of work or other written agreement accepted by you and KMF Ventures. If that agreement conflicts with these site terms, the signed agreement controls the paid work.

Third-party services

Scheduling is provided through Cal.com. Other third-party links and services have their own terms and policies. KMF Ventures does not control those services.

Content and reports

The site and its original content belong to KMF Ventures. You may use a report prepared for your business internally. Republishing or selling site content or reports requires written permission.

Liability

The site and diagnostic are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, KMF Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on a diagnostic. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
