Caldrin operates caldrin.co. This policy sets out what the site collects, how that information is used, and the choices you have. Using the site means you accept it.

What is collected

  • What you provide. When you request an audit or book a call: name, work email, company, website, company size, and anything else you choose to share.
  • Usage and device data. Pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, browser and device, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Advertising and analytics. Google Analytics 4, the Google Ads tag, and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, used to measure campaigns and conversions. These set cookies and may share hashed identifiers with those providers.

How it is used

  • To deliver the free AI visibility audit and answer enquiries.
  • To measure and improve the marketing and the site itself.
  • To meet legal obligations and to prevent abuse.

Who it is shared with

Service providers that help run the practice: analytics, advertising, scheduling through Cal.com, and the CRM and email tools. Each is under a contract limiting what it may do with the data. Caldrin does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

Cookies can be managed through the consent banner and through your browser. Depending on where you are, including the EEA, the UK and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data. To exercise any of these, write to hello@caldrin.co.
