Caldrin is operated by KMF Ventures. This policy explains what we collect through caldrin.co, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
What is collected
- What you provide. When you request a diagnostic or book a call, you may provide your name, work email, company, website and answers to the booking questions.
- Site usage. PostHog receives the page path, referrer and basic browser, device, network and location data. We do not send your form answers to PostHog. Session replay and automatic click and form capture are disabled.
How it is used
- To respond to enquiries and provide the requested diagnostic.
- To schedule calls and communicate with you.
- To understand site use, improve the site and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who it is shared with
We share information only with providers needed to run the site and respond to you. These include PostHog for analytics, Cal.com for scheduling, and our hosting and email providers. Cal.com receives the information you submit during the booking process. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
How long it is kept
We keep enquiry and service records only for as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Our providers keep information under their own retention policies.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to some uses of it. To make a request, write to hello@caldrinresearch.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Browser storage
The current PostHog setup uses in-memory identity and does not use persistent browser storage. The site may save your display-theme preference on your device.
Third-party services
When you use Cal.com or follow a link to another service, that service applies its own privacy policy. Its systems may process information in the United States or other countries.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
